oh and there you go
changed it for dumb kids like you.

I say the Jackson. If you like stuff like Arch Enemy and A7X, i think their lead sounds sound like they use the neck pickup. And the lack of one on the ESP would be a drawback, especially if you want a warm clean sound.
#5
My vote is for the jackson.
I use a neck pickup a lot.

Also, is this your first guitar?
If it is, I suggest not getting one with a Floyd Rose.
They are fun to play with, but a pain to switch string gauges.

Both guitars are low end guitars with tremolos and cheap tremolos are a no go, theyll drive you insane. Save your Money until you can afford the versions with original floyd rose tremolos(ltd alexi-600, jackson rr24) or buy a v without a tremolo from that pricerange.

DONT BUY A CHEAP GUITAR WITH A TREM!

hmmm ok thanks and what bout the pick ups on the rx10d?

I had the RX10D for a while and the JT580 trem on it is quite good actually. It stays in tune quite well. One of the better LFR's out there.
Go for the Jackson.

About the pickups: i answered that question in your other topic.

i dont think i can afford and it'll be extreme hard to find a rr3 in israel=\

Both guitars are pretty decent. I just voted for the alexi-200 because of the input jack location and that I don't use the neck pick-up. Whichever one you pick will make you happy though.

I say neither, i havent heard anything good about the X series and the low end ltds suck.

The X series from jackson is actually quite good. The body/necks are the same quality as those in the MG series, the only difference is that they had to use different pickups/hardware to keep the cost down.

The 200 and up series of LTD's are great mid-range guitars. I've owned mine for about 6 years and it's still a great player. Granted they aren't the deluxe models, but for what you pay you get a lot of guitar.

My friend had the X RR and the floyd whent out of tune all the time and the neck kept warping to the point that after about 8 months it couldnt be adjusted with the truss rod anymore.

As for the 200 series, isnt that their lowest series?

I played the rx10d once and I hated the tremelo on it, IMO it felt stiff. Never played the esp but I would save up and get something better if possible. Remember you can get a much better guitar in that price range if you go second hand.

Duncan designed pick-ups are kinda "meh" for lack of a better term. Not bad, but not great either. Like I mentioned earlier, Jackson had to lower the quality of a couple things to keep these affordable. They are a great base for upgrades though.

I'd say RX10D... more versitile because of the pickups and it has a traditional RR shape like what Alexi really uses.

and what bout the installation?
i can do it alone or need a specialist ?
and hmm maybe it'll sound better with some good seymour duncans ?
#30
It can be done easily if you know how. Can you use a soldering iron? If so, they come with instructions.

Seymour Duncans are equally good, just different. For Duncan's, I'd recommend an SH-6/SH-2 combo.

my dad has one he knows to use it...
we'll see...
hmm i found the SH-6 in some shop, not the sh-2 tho :S
how are the dimebuckers?
or any more good pickups that'll suite my style?
#32
Dimebuckers are kind of bright sounding, but for metal they make a good bridge p-up. Besides the sh-2, the duncan '59 makes a great neck p-up. There are also DiMarzios too, so don't just limit yourself to one manufacturer. Differeent pickups can play nice together regardless of the maker.

btw man you were wrong about the body wood
the rx is out of basswood with flame maple
and the warrior/dkmg are alder with flame maple...
but its still similar to the mg series

Get the jackson unless you want to get the Alexi 600 or 1000 or whatever the highest numbered one is. The 200 is made with a cheaper wood than the other alexi models and will sound like **** after much playing because of it.

oh and what about seymoure duncan blackouts?....
mm btw to put EMG's like 81 and 85 the guitar needs to get quarried?
coz if ye i'll just get seymour duncans or dimarzios or something.
#38
You mean routed? No, you don't have to route it. There is enough room in the control cavity for the battery.

Blackouts are just as good, just sound a little different.

i mean dig in the wood or what ever coz the size of the EMG's are different isnt it?
hmmm we'll see what i'll do :S
its either EMGS\blackouts\ or some other dimrazios or sd's

No, you won't need to route out wood for EMGs. Their 6 string pickups are standard size.
