I have a Gibson Vintage Mahogany Studio which comes with Burstbucker Pro pickups. I am looking for a pickup that has a little more attitude with a lot of output. I read about the Dirty Fingers pickup and I think that i am going to buy that for my bridge pickup, but what about the neck? What neck pickup would give me great clean tone but also compliment the attitude of the Dirty Fingers?

'59 in the neck of my strat is smooth and full but gets garbled above the 17th. I split it with an Alnico II Pro which adds some bite back into it as you move up the strings
What I play:

'88 "C" neck Clapton Strat
'08 Strat HSH
Fender Princeton Recording Amp

I'd say '59 too.

Only other option I'd consider is the DiMarzio Air Norton. Not quite as robust as the '59, but its quite a character in the neck position.
