Alright, so I can get any guitar under $1500 for christmas. I either want a Les Paul, V or Explorer. I can't get ESPs unless I travel two hours, but if you convince me to,ok. I play Thrash Metal, like Metallica and stuff but I also play alternative and Chet Atkins but I have a guitar for that lol. I'm most likely going to try them out tomorrow , so I need help.

I like

Ibanez
B.C Rich
Dean
Gibson

Whatever. I was thinking the Gibson explorers, Dean Razorback 255, Ibanez VBT700 Blade V, Gibson Flying V, ESP EX 400, or tell me some others. Thanks

Ok well there's a store in Nashville that sells ESPs, I called em and they have a lot so I'm open for ESPs too I guess.

I have an explorer and it is absolutely awesome for my lead guitar needs. I play metal too, so I can give you some awesome gear tips. but I would recommend a Flying V. i have one of those too, and I love it. If you want to shred. Once you have gotten used to the V, shredding is easy. haha.
