G seems to go out of tune most frequently, and its quite obvious.

Although, if you're playing powerchords and your low E string is out of tune, it sounds pretty awful as well.

G is the most obvious because it's assigned frequency is right in the middle of the guitar's range, so if the middle is off, everything is off. really that applies to anything.

G, definitely. Probably because I bend it the most and when it's out I tend to either over bend a ton or under bend so the whole line sounds like ****.

G, I fixed a lot of tuning problems by switching to using a wound G string.

Either the G or the D string, due to the G having a distinct tone from all the other strings, and because the D string is used a lot in power chords.
