I have a Ibanez RG350DX. I like having a lot of sustain, and my guitar is delivering. What can I do to gain more sustain, Satriani like sustain, or is there anything I can do? Help please

Volume and a bit of gain gets you plenty of feedback sustain. That's where Satriani gets most of his from. His guitars have bolt-on necks and floating trems, so it isn't the guitar that gives him long sustain.

Loads of Satch's sustain (at least live) is definitely feedback, he's pretty good at controlling feedback.

change your pickups with a higher treble rating. treble in pickups gives it sustain. increase the gain in your distortion or overdrive to increase sustain.
Ibanez RG321MH (Air Classic/Tone Zone)
