what scale or mode can i use to solo over it?

well I wouldnt know, when i'm stuck with this, I imagine the solo in my head while playing the chords, then I tab what my brain provides me

im having some problem trying to find a good key it is, for some reason its mostly just something little that im not thinking of lol

You could easily make those chords into a blues turnaround progression so, a nice pentatonic would sound nice over it.

Gm and Eb fit into C minor, so you're just borrowing chords from C major's parallel minor. thus i don't think just one scale would work. it would probably sound better if you went between C major/minor pentatonic.

All of the chords fit into F major except for the Eb
