Hello,

I may be purchasing an Ibanez RG750. Its an older guitar. About 20 years old. But I love old Ibanez's. The paint has come off in a few small areas.

My question is, should I repaint it? The guitar itself is still stock, nothing has been changed on it. I dont plan on ever selling it, but would it really make the value decrease if I decide to paint it?

No. I just dont want it to lose all possible value by altering it. Who knows, one day I might be in a bind and need money.
