I have a seymour duncan sh-4 jb in the bridge position of my fender strat. I've had it in there for about 2 years and it all of a sudden started sounding really weak. I can barely get any gain/distortion out of it and it is annoying me. The tone is also really flat and crappy sounding. Is some wiring loose inside the guitar possibly?

The electronics are bad. They might just need some cleaning. Go to your local music store and ask for help!

I do believe you just used Blink 182 and hard rock in the same sentence. It would seem you're rather confused.
I have a quote in my signature! And it makes fun of blink-182! I'm cool now!

Could I just clean it myself? My local music store over charges for absolutely EVERYTHING and I hate going in there.

It could be a broken solder joint. I'd suggest resoldering and see if that helps. If it doesn't you need to get a voltage meter and test for DC resistance.
