I'm not graduating until next year, but I've made a lot of great memories with the graduating class of this year. I'm sure you 08ers and alumni should have some fun stories to tell.

Summer/winter/spring vacation adventures may be included as well.

High school wasn't fun enough for me to remember events and hold them as my best memories. Unfortunately, for many, high school is the height of their lives.

I do remember having a blast (sarcastically, of course) of the many occurrences of my friend and I having to carry my heavy box from my house to a nearby park to skate it. That was before we both drove. Driving made everything easy.

You've made me sad with that thought

I've still got two years left and I'm determined to make them memorable. I've had some great times but none that really stand out.

I have some many great high school memories (bad ones as well of course)... I'd say one of my favorites was running around with my two best friends in the freezing cold around our school building in the middle of the night (one of my friends lived on campus since his dad was director). We were just messing around, finding random stuff to do, getting on skateboards and bashing each other. Good fun, but the night REALLY picked up steam when we found a cat in the rather big school cafeteria. Decided to chase it of course, closed the doors and were running around after it. The thing was FREAKING THE FUCK OUT. Now an interesting thing about the cafeteria was that it had perfectly clear doors and walls, see through that is. So we're chasing the cat and it runs straight into a wall at TOP SPEED. SMACKKKK. We were laughing so ****ing hard . Almost ****ing died, but then the ****ing cat turns around (after being stunned momentarily), runs in the other direction and DOES IT AGAIN!!!! This time it hit a door and managed to basically smash it open. Probably got ****ing brain damage... I've NEVER seen a cat run so fast, it was literally terrified.

+1 buddy. Some of my best memories involve weed and music.

My best memory is probably jamming with my two friends (one drummer, one guitarist) in my guitarist friend's garage whilst stoned. Our non-musical friends smoked weed and admired the music while we let loose.

That garage was the best. It's one of those steel buildings and it's huge on the inside. Not to mention it has a fridge and microwave.

I remember busting solo after solo over "La Grange" that night. It was epic. One of the funnest jams ever.

Gym class with some of the girls in my grade. Ahhhh...gym class!!!

Also my first time getting drunk was at lunch one day, me and 3 other friends chugged a bottle of Captain, smoked a cig to bring us up a little, and we were off to school. I once shaved my friends head for an assignment.

Well, I go to a small school (about 250 kids in grades 9-12 and 30 or so in my class) and the last day for seniors was yesterday, we get out on Thursday. Anyway, I graduate next year but I really feel like I belonged in the class of 08. In fact I only hang out with one person who wasn't a senior and he's in the grade below me. But with a school that small I literally know just about everyone and it was really hard just to take in the fact that I won't see most of my friends next year. I already miss lunch. We would just chill in the auditorium and talk, joke around, and just hang out. Today I walked into the auditorium at lunch and it was empty and dead silent and I felt so displaced. It just about brought a tear to my eye. If only I would have been born a couple months earlier I would have been able to graduate with my friends. Ah well.
EDIT: Sorry, that was totally irrelevant to what you asked. One of my best memories was probably the times that my old band (all graduated now except for me :mad played the pep assemblies and last year we played on field day. I'm gonna miss HS.

Man high school was sweet.
Pretty much all we did on the swim team and water polo team was create shenanigans.
Lifting weights was always made into something. Taking dumps was like a past time. Going to state and sleeping in hotels, then ordering pay per view porn and telling the coach it was a movie on the bill.
Also German class was sweet. We were such dicks to the teacher, but we respected her too and she knew that. It was a wierd relationship. Playing Dopelkopf (german for euchre). Making german videos, and so much more.
Band, we always made that into one big thing. We werent band geeks, we were the only real normal people in that class. So we always got in trouble but we still just tried to have fun and create mischief.

Good times. But college is awesome too.

Yeah, you also haven't been in school enough to learn proper spelling and grammar either.

Well think about this: Would you read something like a guitar book if the grammar and spelling was all wrong?

If you want people to read what your saying you might as well type it right.

One time, I needed to fart really badly in class. So I asked the teacher "Can I please step outside for a moment? I need to pass some wind". She sighed and said OK. So I stood up did the loudest, longest nastiest fart you can ever imagine then walked outside.

Either that or...

I sat next to this Muslim chick one time in class. She wore one of those scarf thingies over her head. I asked her why her religion makes woman wear those things.
She said "I wear these to hide my beauty". Now she was at least 100 kilograms and had hair on her knuckles. So I said "sh-t, it's doing a good job".
She than ran out of the classroom crying and all the girls at my school hated me.

A friend of mine and I made a bunch of posters advertising free subway if you kill yourself in the newly done gym. And we hung them around the school while everyone was at lunch or in class. They were taken down within ten minutes cause his girlfriend told on us cause she thought we were serious. Instead of the assistant Principal's office we had to go to the main office with the super intendant and main principal. Before they decided on a punishment, I mentioned that it probably wasn't a good idea to give a harsh punishment to two kids who are talking about suicide. We just had to call our parents and tell them what we did.

Freshman year there was a magazine drive and if you sold a certain amount you got to go to New York. I sold enough but none of my friends did, so I went alone. Over the course of the five hour bus ride, I got to know everyone else and it was like the Breakfast Club. In New York all these people who had nothing to do with each other normally were old pals. Then when we got back, things sort of went back to how they were. Even though I didn't really stay chummy with any of them, the whole experience taught me not to be so quick to judge.

i'd have to say when my music teacher (who enjoys riding up the chocolate tunnel) kept trying to sing us a few gay songs on a piano with his whiny 25 yr old virgin voice, and because we were all laughing, he got really angry and threw guitar across the room, kicked a chair over, screamed at us crying and stormed out. we all just did what we wanted for the next hour. ****ing greatest lesson ever.
