hi
is there reference for the diffrent feelings of scales and their relative modes ?
which ones sounds happier , sader , more emotional and etc ?

Why don't you just play them and find out?

Everyone has a different opinion on how a scale/mode sounds.

Exercise your ears, learn to criticize one type of sound when put up against another.

Your ear is an extremely extremely important part anything you choose to do with music and many people don't seem to realize that.

There is no such thing. When it comes to "feeling", the scale is very nearly irrelevant.
Someones knowledge of guitar companies spelling determines what amps you can own. Really smart people can own things like Framus because they sound like they might be spelled with a "y" but they aren't.

you are looking for phrasing lessons my friend

it is the way you present the music not the scale exactly
