Second time I used that as my headline. Hope it worked again.
Now to the point..

Well my band Pushing Mongo just finished our EP called Nature V.S. Nature.

It's sounding great and we'll have it on our Myspace page and on UG soon, but that's besides the point.

What I'm wondering here is..How can I put the info on our cd?
For example, when I give the cd to someone at school and they upload it to their computers, I don't want it to say Track One by Unknown Artist. I want it to say Eraser Marks by Pushing Mongo on it.

How can I make sure the info will be on every cd?

Thanks in advance everyone.

What program do you use to burn CD's?
I use iTunes, and it also depends on which blank CD I'm using.
Sometimes people tell me that the song titles don't show up, sometimes they say that the titles DO show up...
So for me there isn't a guarantee.

The problem will be solved if you name all your songs Track 1 and so on.

Rename your band to Unknown Artist too.

I use iTunes to burn cds however the info doesn't appear, if that helps.

Yeah, well you can change it.
Right click on the song title and hit "get info".
Then click on the "Info" tab.
I've done this before, but when the other person gets the CD I'm not sure if it will show up for them.

This usually works for me.

Well Itunes doesn't look for info on the CDs, it checks the number of songs and their respective times (or at least that's how I understand it). They look at this data as compared to the Gracenote database of albums. You need to figure out how to get your album into that database. Sorry, but I don't know how to do it.

Your CD Burner has to have the ability to use CD-text.

or the CD might need to support it... or both. I used to use Nero on my old computer, and when I chose include CD text it gave me an error and wouldnt burn.
