Alright, so I wrote this song, and I want some opinions on it. I haven't gotten a chance to actually record this song, but I made a video of it so check it out and reply with your feedback. (what you liked, what you didn't like, etc)
THEN after doing so, put up a link to one of your songs.

Also another video of my band playing live.
Oh, man I can't wait for the comments about THIS one.
I'm using my crate gt3500 head in this one, where in the video above, I'm using my mesa boogie dual rectifier.

Please comment about this one as well.

This isnt metal at all. Metalcore is not in any way a subgenre of metal.

change the title you got my hopes up

pretty good, you at least kept my attention for the whole video.
Definitely hearing an every time i die influence.
But it was rather generic.

But i did think you had nice tone

keep it up

It's alright for metalcore standards I suppose. It's very predictable however and there were a lot of generic clichés in there

My entry is my band's 50-second teaser clip

This clip doesn't at all show off all the styles and influences we put into our music but it's something
ohai little sig.

Good stuff! I'm not much of a metal guy, but you have a great sound going-on!

Take a listen to mine...

Thanks! I appreciate it.
Your original songs have this specific sound that I haven't heard much of, also you're playing is really smooth.

Well I don't really understand how METALcore isn't a subgenre of METAL...

But whatever. I don't want this thread to just to end up being a giant argument about anything that isn't actually relevant to the subject.

That's fine with me! I listen to every time I die quite a bit, so I can see why that can be seen.
Yeah, I'm just to look outside the box of metal.
Then I thought maybe if I stay in a box without metal, I could write what could be perceived as metal. It would have the basics of "modern" metal, but if I don't listen to it, I may develop some sort of different style.
I don't know, ahah. thinking of ways to change the scene. (MUSICE scene)

Thanks for the tone comment, my Mesa Boogie dual rectifier does me well.
