Ok guys i have a Peavey Special 112 (so it says on it)
it was given to me a while ago and i cant remember the last time i used it.

Anyway when i plug my guitar ito the gain high or low i get no sound at all
the only way i can get any sound out of the amp from my guitar is if i plug the jack into the send jack.

anyone know what might be up with it

Do you mean return jack? Cause if it's the send that would make no sense. If it's the return then the preamp is busted.

Take it to a tech, there could be so many things wrong with it.
I don't give a shit if you listen to me or not

Yeah, if it has a clean channel....which almost all amps do, then yes, you could use a pedal on the clean channel, but then again if it isn't that good, the money might be better spent on that 0/300 amp fun of yours
