I was thinking about getting a new tube amp. I was looking through all of these threads and there seem to be a ton of options. In my price range I hear Peavy (valveking), Vox (AC15), Laney (VC15), Blackheart (handsome devil), etc.

I don't need anything that loud, it is just for practice. I'll need enough gain to play blues to heavy rock.

The most important thing to me is sound. I have a gibson les paul vintage mahogany, and I want to know which of these amps will get the most out of it.
