dont adjust bridge. adjust your truss rod.
Ibanez RG321MH (Air Classic/Tone Zone)

Take it to your nearest guitar shop and have it set up properly. i think its either the bridge or the nut. i think what you are describing is Fret Buzz which is a common problem amoungst guitars. it means you need to raise the height of the bridge saddles so that it doesnt rattle. hope that helps

lets learn to use Modern English before we Say Anything. But don't Rush, or you may end up being worse at it than you already are. By the way..are these casual band references doing anything for you?

if you want to adjust the truss rod urself then slack the strings enough to get to the truss rod, turn Counter Clockwise 1/8". that's a very small amount.

then tune up the guitar and leave it for at least an hour.

dont force the turn. and remember, it's a small adjustment.

remeasure, see if the string is off the fretwire.

repeat another 1/8" turn, if you need more bend.
don;t turn more than 1/4" total for the day.

the problem is not in your bridge. it's on the truss rod.

You should take it to a professional.

If you start messing around with it yourself, you may make it worse off. Take it to a guitar store and/or ask around for someone.
