I really wanted a cheeseburger, but unfortanately all of the ground chuck (hamburger) we had was frozen. and when you defrost in the microwave, you can never make patties that stay together. so i though, hmmm.......i guess i will just have to make something else.

I decided i would just through things together. after the hamburger was defrosted in the Microwave, i put it in a frying pan to begin cooking it. as it cooked a chopped it up real fine. as it was cooking a also chopped up onions, peppers, and some mushrooms. after the hamburger was beginning to brown i added the chopped up vegetables.

i then looked in the refrigorator for something else to add. i saw some generic steak sauce and thought, what the hell. i put just a little bit into the frying pan on all the cooking meat and veggies and then stirred it up nicely. i only added enough to add a little flavor to the beef. i didnt want to add to much, because it would have turned into glorified sloppy joe.

when it was pretty much all done cooking i decided i really needed to put some cheese on it, all we had was cheeze whiz. i remember that this is what was used on all the original philley cheese steaks, so it should work great with this.

i let the cheese melt on the beef, after i separated it all into to piles, so that i could have two sandwhiches from it. once the cheese melted and put all of the food onto some hamburger buns, added some ketchup, then i ate it.

wow. it was really amazing. it tastes like a cheeseburger crossed with a philley cheese steak, which is why i have named it, PHILLEY CHEESE BURGER. you should all try it if your into this thing. it was really good.

theres a UG cookbook? yeah ill have to add it then.
its really good if your into that sort of thing.
you wouldnt really need to add the steak sauce, and dont have to add the mushrooms or anything that you dont really like. you could use salsa and corn and make a mexican buger if you wanted. maybe some guacamole.

you can use ground beef. or ground buffalo. buffalo has less fat, less calories, and more protein than cow. less cholesteral too i think.
