I've been looking at getting one of these and I notice there are several different versions. I've seen it in silver and two forms in red.

What are the differences (and why)?

I'm pretty sure there isn't a silver variation of the J&H, but you might have seen a Route 66 and mistook it for a J&H...?

The original version of the J&H was silver.
