Ah, so, I just got one of the EHX Clone Theory pedals. I figured I'd be happy with it since the Pulsar and Big Muff are perfect, even if they are reissues...

Okay, so I bring it home, plug it in, click it, and oh my god....the humming. It's horrible. I thought I'd get a really nice sound out of this pedal, but the second I use it, it sounds like crap.

I've got a Spider II, and yeah, I know they get trashed here, but I don't care. I've got a Whammy, Wah, and a Pulsar, they both work perfectly fine...so why does this one hum so horribly?

I plugged it into my bass amp, and it was the exact same noise.... This is really bugging me, any suggestions/help?

I've used it by itself, I've used it with other pedals. Everything is fine until I actually activate the Clone Theory. On the bass amp, I tried running it through the effect loop, but it made no difference, just made it quieter.

I'm so sad. I was really looking forward to this pedal being great...

Well, they have a 14 day return policy so...yeah, I guess I'll give it back.
