I have Korg CA-30 Chromatic tuner, and I was just wondering what I should set the calibration to tune it at? Also, do I just play my B flat concert note to tune it? And should it register on the tuner as B flat or C?

Ur Bb concert is a Bb. Your Bb is a C concert.

If you play concert Bb it'll register as Bb on the tuner.

If I remember correctly from middle school, you do it by adjusting the valves and stuff.

take whatever note your playing and it will register a step below...so to tune play a middle C and it will show as tuning a concert Bb then adjust your tuning slide accordingly (out if sharp, in if flat)

Yes, always. That's a joke for me in band class though, change a few tuners to 436 or so and see if people notice

I usually had the main slide on the trumpet about a quarter inch out which was usually good Bb tuning.
