So, i just got a new tube amp in the mail todayfrom musicians friend, a Rivera Clubster 45, and it is beautiful, except for one thing. the reverb doesnt work. any suggestions on how to fix this, or do i have to send for another amp?

Is it footswitchable or is it a dial on the amp face?

i turn up the reverb on the amp, so i know its on, but no reverb comes with the sound. Even when i press the footswitch to make sure its on.
