in my tans some songs say to trem pick and i dont know how to do that

It's picking very...very...VERY fast. Like "oh my god my strings are on fire!" fast.

just alternate picking on the same note. instead of hitting a note once you're hitting it over and over again

If you listen to 'Eruption,' by Van Halen, the bit around the 30 second mark is tremolo picking. One note, played very fast.

I consider it the textbook example of trem picking.

I'm not sure everyone's heard Eruption though....I haven't....

The song Misirlou by Dick Dale comes to mind as a good trem-picking example.
