Could someone please help me with the guitar effect/amp used in this song?

It's Campaign of Hate by The Libertines but it's specifically the version from the 'Sailor Sessions' cos the sound is much different from the album version. I haven't been able to find a link for it online so I could send it to you through an email if that works. I think it sounds like a vintage Vox AC30 but I'm not too sure. Would really appreciate some opinion!

prob a semi or a hollowbody guitar with neck pickup??

yeah they used ac30's too.

after that i dont know....that tone should be easily achievable with some tweaking of the knobs on many amps
