I was curious as to what you UG'ers played with and enjoyed in your youth, before the guitar came along, of course. Tell us your favourite toy, and why you liked it so much.

I'll start; I was a LEGO fanatic. It strikes me as a very creative toy that lets your mind wander in a sense. You can build your own world. I just thought it was so fascinating that I amassed a Rubber Maid bin full of the stuff.

My Little Pony
The Big Red Fun Bus

AND last but nowhere near least, the penguin slide [with the ball bearings].

Also you're off topic. This thread is about Reva eating snowmen.

No, it's Transformers.

And if you are too young to have had transformers I just laugh at your pathetic youth HAHA!

I LOVED legos as well but Transformers were my main toys. I must of had like 20 different ones.

Oh, I also must add that I loved Star Wars action figures, and Beanie Babies, though they weren't really toys... more of a collectible I guess. Wonder what they're worth...

I had Legos, Transformers/Beast Wars, Gargoyles, Ninja Turtles, Power Rangers, and my sock monkey Chester. Did anyone else have sock monkeys?

I used to get the piss taken out of me all the time because they were 'for boys' but my God, I would save up my pocket money for weeks to afford the ones that came three in a pack and you could morph to be one huge ass robot that could fuck everything up.

The power to feel with others give.

^ Yeah, I had a plethora of Beast Wars action figures too. I think I had a crazy green rhino guy, and that cheetah. Oh, and the big monkey guy, that I suppose is Optimus Prime? It's been awhile.

The Combiners were awesome! I still have my old Magnaboss!

You're not gonna mess with that guy. He always won in my staged wars with the other Beast Wars. Even the combined might of my Megazords and numerous Spider-man variations couldn't take down Magnaboss.

Stretch Armstrong was pretty popular, but I never had one. Personally I obsessed over Ninja Turtle action figures and nintendo.
