I'm never "in rage", because I don't have the capacity to focus on anger-influenced emotions anymore, I just shrug everything off equally.

But, if for some insane reason I DID get angry, I would listen to the Six Parts Seven album "Casually Smahed to Pieces".

AMAZING album. So mellow, so relaxing, so moving. It's just great.
