Peavey 80 watts 15" speaker

Behringer 120 watts 12" speaker


Or if you know of another INEXPENSIVE combo that is LOUD (needs to be heard over full band) please suggest it here.

between these two, the Peavey for sure. $150 is a little high, i say offer $75, and pay no more than $100. looking for used amps is the way to go, but take your time.
there are better deals, on bigger amps out there.

Rule 1, Behringer = fail.

Rule 2, to get over a drummer, you need at least 150W. For a band, it is best to have 3 to 4 times the wattage of the guitarists to have adequate headroom should they crank their amps.
