Okay I'm thinking about replacing the stock speaker in my Valveking. I play, mainly metal, classic rock, and blues. I was thinking about the Eminence Texas Heat. The cheaper, the better. btw, it's off topic, but I'm going to see Styx and 38 Special this summer , **** yeah!

lol. just cause it's cheap?

i have a classic lead (or is it british lead?) from them and its okay. it's not like... MASSIVE improvement, but it's okay. good mids and upper mids response, bass is somewhat loose, and treble is warm too.

I've been reading on the V-30 clone, and apparently it cuts out that harsh mid spike V-30s have. Sounds good to me.
