Okayyy, so I have a whammy pedal right..

well of course there's a bunch of harmonization features on it..

anyone know of any songs that will sound ok when harmonizing on it?
and which one to use for that song? (like octave, 3rd, 5th, etc.)

yes I know two guitarists will sound way better but this is just for playing around..

I've come across a few that sound quite alright through it and would like to hear of some more

A lot of Iron Maiden songs, and usually in 3rds for Maiden.

just make some up. the problem you will find is that many songs that use thirds are diatonic, which is something that (as far as i remember) you can't do with a whammy.

for octaves you could try rocket by smashing pumpkins, and for 5ths you could try the intro to know your enemy by RATM

Play the opening/main riff to "My Iron Lung" by Radiohead. It uses the Octave harmonization. I think "Seven Nation Army" also uses the octave.
