Almost all Meshuggah, most specifically Bleed and New Millenium Cyanide Christ. I have to circle headbang to those.
Ants Of The Sky by BTBAM gets me going, as well as Sun Of Nothing.
Ambivalent and Final Product by Nevermore are also two very good ones.
Spastic Ink, Watchtower, Necrophagist and Dream Theater are headbanged to when I'm feeling a bit crazier.

I applaud you for even attempting to headbang to watchtower and dream theater, those time singatures and crazy ron jarzombek/petrucci playing is too crazy for a standard headbang session.

I headbang a lot to Meshuggah, some Death songs (Without Judgement, Pull the Plug, Crystal Mountain, Trapped in a Corner, Overactive Imagination, Scavenger of Human Sorrow, etc.), Atheist is fun to headbang too cause its such strange headbanging, also Slayer, Helloween (Walls of Jericho release), Anata (The Temple Erratic, Die Laughing, Downward Spiral Into Madness), Decapitated (Human's Dust, Blessed, Spheres of Madness, Babylon's Pride), Krisiun (all of AssassiNation), Exodus (Tempo of the Damned, Shroud of Urine, Exodus Attack, Piranha), Quo Vadis (Absolution:Element of the Ensemble III, Hunter/Killer, etc.), Stormtroopers of Death's (March of the S.O.D., Sargent "D" and the S.O.D.) a lot of Anthrax (A.I.R., Armed & Dangerous, Among the Living, Caught In a Mosh, I am the Law).
