I was just watching this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJlHzOz2Wys
and some parts of it seemed easy and I'm like, wow I want to try learning this song, but I realized I don't know some of the techniques in the video. So does anything think I should try learning the easy parts until I'm better?+

Edit: Also I have been playing for 2 years so yeh.

Yes, my mom walked in on me getting my carrot skinned.

So I freaked out and flipped the vegetable tray.

There was ranch everywhere.

Broken Link.

And although there is no such thing as easy Steve Vai, I recommend you try songs like Frank and Blowfish. There are easIER Vai songs like that which you can learn, to a certain extent.

If you feel like you want to learn the easier parts of the song then I don't see why anything should stop you; the only thing that stops you learning is you.

The thing is, that it always looks or sounds easier than it is
