I have a new VS-100 on my strat and I am going to take it to a jam session but the arm won't come out. Is there a secret to this. Stewmac doesn't like to ship instructions or anything. Can anyone help?

Normally they just unscrew. Never used a VS-100 though, so it might be a different case.

It is an internal thread, sneaky

I figured it out. The allen screw is only for tension for the arm swing. The height adjustment is done with the threaded arm (which I didn't notice) but unlike fender it is a female thread on the arm. It is cleaver.
