Today I stood under this tree in my front yard for twenty minutes. The rain started to fall very very lightly and the sun was still out. I could hear the soft sounds of rain drops on the leaves overhead. I look at the tree a bit closer and I notice three ants on it. There was a black ant with a peice of leaf in his mouth going down the tree and two red ants going up the tree.

Then I looked up to the top of the tree and imagined if I were an ant. Crawling on a giant metropolis in someone's front yard.

And I suddenly felt powerful and connected to the world.

Anyone else have any experiences where they just have a "moment"?

EDIT: hahahaha, for the record I have never done any form of drug in my life. But what kind of response was I expecting if not that?

Yes. The wind always does it for me. It has to be the right temperature, though, and it has to be blowing from the right direction. It also has to have the right scent.
When all these demands are satisfied, I could just stand there in the wind for eternity

When I see my cat just sitting there on my bed or in a ray of sunshine when I come home from work or school... I just realize that it sucks dick being a human.

Yeah me too, I was walking down the street listening to Maiden and everything in the song seemed to fit the events happening. The thrashing drums symbolized the approaching bus on the street. All of a sudden a woman appeared in the middle of the street and everything just froze. I tried running home through the park. This park is infamous for it's gangs you know. So I see these guys up to no good started makin trouble in my neighborhood.
I got in one little fight and my mom got scared said "you're movin with your auntie and uncle in bel-air!"

No no but on a serious note, I go on walks a lot and I get moments like that almost all the time. And I remember once a few years ago the planets aligned and it just felt like our world and the rest of the universe was united

No Bel-air?

I was thinking the exact same thing.

Maybe when I'm on one of the cliffs near the ocean, it's really awesome up there. You can just sit and stare at the water for hours.

Damn thats deep TS ahah.

Every once in a while, when i pick op my guitar and strike a chord, or play a note, a chill runs through my spine. I feel it resonate throughout my body, my heart and soul. It's really powerful, and sometimes i even tear up, and I thank my Grandpa (R.I.P.) for pushing me to play, without him i wouldn't even like guitar, and music in general.
Honestly. Wtf?

It was about like..breaking into a house or being in a house and realizing it isn't yours..I think.
