hi guys

i´m currently having huge GAS and so im thinkin bout gettin me a new guitar

im eyeing on the gibson cs es-345

since non eof my local shops has one of thes ein stock im gonna order it onlien
but i was wondering if that guitar will be good for blues/rockabilly kind of music

i have only experiences with es 335s but never playeed a 345

so what do you guys say????????

Then go play one. Also what amp are you playing through? A nice guitar through a ****ty amp won't do the axe any justice.

i mean i know that es 335s will suit my style but i just want to try sumthin different and so i was asking if anyone has experineces with the 345s

i would play it through a reissue bassman or a jcm 800

I have a 1979 Gibson es 345. It is a great guitar. The only thing is that with the older ones they just have the stereo jack. When you use a standard mono chord only the neck pickup works.

The finish and look on the 345 is awesome and the feel is great.

It says his amp is a Fender G-DEC, new amp is in order!

I have one and I think it is a great guitar! Not cheap, however. I didn't notice where you are, but if you are really interested and you are in the states, I know a place that will give you a killer deal.
