So I was bored and have this walmart special classical style acoustic that i decided to make electric. I installed an old humbucker into the soundhole, drilled holes for a volume pot and an out put jack, and surprisingly it doesn't sound too bad. has anyone else done this. i'll tr to get some pics up later even though it is kinda dumb

I thought the strings had to be ferro-magnetic to work with electric guitar pickups. Classicals use nylon strings.
