I have been looking at the BYOC forums, and some people have painted their enclosures in some amazing swirly colour schemes. Has anyone on UG finished a pedal like this? Post some pics, they don't even have to be yours. I want to see examples so I get some ideas for when i get round to making one

In case you don't know what Im talking about, here is one:

ive never done it to a pedal but i know how.

- sand it as you would anything before you paint
- spray a base coat of what ever color on the pedal
- get a a container and fill it up with water( enough to fully submerge your pedal casing)
- put some borax in the water (natural deoderizer you can find at any grocery store)
- get some OIL BASED paint and put some on the water. make sure it spreads out over the surface
- TEST DIP!!!! dip something other than the pedal first cause you might not like it or the paint isnt thin enough
- once you are satisfied dip the pedal .hang it from one of the holes with a piece of stiff wire or something. as soon as the pedal is fully submerged pull it out again. the speed in which you dip will determine how the swirl will be (thats where the testing comes in)
- get the water of quickly. blow it or put it under a hot lamp
- let it dry for a while and your done
