Hey i was just wondering if it was normal for electric guitars to have a little fret buzz. When i got my guitar set up the guy said that it was normal as long as you dont hear it through the amp and i dont hear it through the amp so i was just wondering.

Do they still make "Scratch-n-sniff" stickers? That'd be kewl, and if you get bored with playing, you can just smell your guitar. lol

It does happen, yes. On guitars that cost more than 500$, you won't or at least should not find this, and if you do you can adjust the truss rod or the action on the guitar to get rid of it.

On some cheaper guitars though it is hard to get rid of. As long as it's only some minor buzzing it's not that bad anyway.
