Not literally into PIECES...but it's like their sliding into my guitar... at first, my pickups were equally raised above the body of my axe...and somehow, lately, the end of the pickups towards the first couple strings (High E, B, etc.) are going INTO my guitar... like their just slipping down into it... so no my pickups are tilted. What happened and how can i fix it?!

EDIT: For what it's worth, I've got an ESP/LTD AX-50, for what it's worth, with stock equipment except for my 1st/High-E string (it broke so i changed it)

There should be a screw above and below the pickup, you can use that to adjust pickup height. You were probably puttiing pressure on the pickup with your hand.

There's 3 screws on each side of the binding around the pickup.... would one of those be the screw ur talking about?
