If the chord shapes are the same, then all you have to do is transpose the notes 4 semitones up. Given that you use open chords, naturally. With a standard tuning, it's gonna be: E G# C#m A.

The notes on the neck are exactly the same, so barre chords from the 5 fret and up will be treated exactly as if there was no capo.
