So I'm preparing my crappy Dean EVO for a pickup swap and electronics overhaul, but I noticed that the ground wire from the bridge is missing. Is there anyway to wire up a new one without any extensive surgery on the guitar? Thanks in advance.

It just had the stock passives. I know there was a ground wire at one point though....

well if you were going to wire them with active emgs then you wouldnt need the ground wire, for passives some surgery may be required.

I might not bother then.

On a TOM bridge the wire is put in the bottom of the hole for the sleeve then the sleeve is pressed down on top of it. Putting that wire back in would not be easy.
