basically i spent the day breaking down our concrete steps with a sledgehammer. During the process I got a lot of blisters on my hand in areas that makes it difficult for me to play guitar. What should i do?

if you play it'll just get worse, you wont get callouses so just have a break from itm shouldnt take too long

poke holes in the blisters whitout removing the skin, this helps the skin under to get hard so they don't hurt anymore. after that suck it up and start playing again
