I just purchased a new Wah pedal. (new Ernie Ball Wah)

This is my first wah pedal.. so -

What are some good (preferably classic rock) songs that use wah in them?

comfortably numbs solo has wah I think. Are you pretty good at guitar and can play solos or do you want more rhythm parts?

white room - cream, comminication breakdown - led zeppelin (keep wah in foward position for solo, rock back for verses), whole lotta love - led zeppelin (wah foward for solo) , sweet child o mine - gun's n roses

And there are many more songs those are some good ones I could list off the top of my head

white room by cream is pretty cool...

jimmy page uses a cocked wah pedal a lot. just listen to some zeppelin solos and you'll hear it

I'm Your Captain - Grand Funk Railroad has some good wah in the rhythm guitar, in the first half of the song anyway.

a lot of metallica solos use Wah, so does some Iron Maiden (number of the beast)

That's not true, as has been pointed out. Even if he's not actively using it, he tends to have it on as a filter. The man loves the wah.
