Ok, well I have a Line 6 Spider II amp, and I'm trying to plug it in my computer to record.
When I do plug it in, I put my volume on the highest on the amp, and on the computer, and I can barley here anything. someone help!

Well, That Means Your amp is WAYYYYYYYYYY to good for your pc. really. had the same problem

Ok, my guitar is plugged up to the guitar part of my amp. then in my direct out i put a cable to my line in part of my computer

i just set mine up for recording yesterday.
i hooked my GTD15R up to my computer easily.
i connected my headphone jack in my amp to the microphone amp on my computer and used the standard sound recorder on Windows.
it works really well.
if you use windows, try that.
