Hey,

I have a Line 6 Toneport but when i use it I get a clicking sound out of it.
These are its specs:

Pentium® 4 1.2GHz or better (2.5Ghz or more recommended)
Windows® XP (with SP2 only)
512MB RAM minimum (1GB or more recommended)
1GB free HD space minimum (10GB or more recommended for recording)
Drive speed 5400rpm minimum (7200rpm or faster recommended)

I have a 2.19GHz, XP SP2, 512 MB RAM, Hard drive space, not sure about my drive speed?

Do I just need to upgrade my RAM, and if so to what 2GB?

Thanks

Wow, what a helpful bunch.

Specify what you mean... clicking sound? Like a metronome kind of clicking sound or some fast-pitched annoying drill of clicks coming from something other than the sound player?

It's a known issue with those, I've forgotten the exact fix, but if you log onto their website I'm sure it's in the FAQs. Good luck, troubleshooting those SUCK.

Lol yeah I know eh its an annoying click that sounds like its being caused by my computer being not up to specs but I think it is, any idea?

RAM is pretty small.
I get very tense around apples...Well, I get very tense generally. I think I've fallen into the trap of blaming fruit.
