I've done some looking, and can't find it. So, I turn to UG...

Does anyone know the resistance of PRS' pickups, in particular the #7s?

I don't actually know. But what I do know is that the HFS/ Vintage bass combo in the Custom 24 is killer. The ****ing guitar just screams versatility with all the sounds it can make.

The hotbar should be floating parallel to the principle axis at this point. Next, take a hammer, and beat yourself in the face while crying JIHAD. problem fixed.

i do know that despite popular belief, the resistance of a pickup has little to do with its tone, esp. when used to compare it to other pickups. its sort of arbitrary.

You've got experience with the HFS? I've never used a guitar with one - how hot is it? Would it feedback terribly in a semihollow?

And do you know of a good neck position pickup that works well with it that would fit in a minihumbucker position? I may be out of luck on that one.
