Alright so next year imma make a guitar in shop class. I gonna make it a plexiglass guitar body. Clear with little led lights.

Body: Plexi glass
Bridge: Tune o Matic
Pickups: Diesel Pickups
Neck: LP neck from Warmoth
and then like red leds.

So herse the basic procedure imma follow.

1. Cut out main body
2. Sand down to perfect shape
3. router out all cavities
4. Sand out all the scartches.
5. Put leds in it
6. Put a 2 part polymer gloss coat on it. put everything back in guitar and pay.
Guitars:
Dean Razorback Explosion =D
Schecter Omen 6
Ibanez 30 Exotic Wood =D
Custom Les Paul w/EMG

Amps:
Line 6 Spider II :S
Peavey ValveKIng Halfstack

Pedal:

I'd route before shaping, if I were you. Otherwise, you might not have enough flat surface to work the router on.

I wonder what it's like to work with plexiglass.. you must have to be careful not to melt or warp it with electric tools. Crazy stuff.

Isn't that stuff pricey in large pieces? (Plexiglass)

If it is, he could like laminate lots of sheets together. That could look cool if there were LEDs in the body, with the layers and stuff
