Maybe I was just a little homo growing up, but I never really noticed the lack of girls in my circle of friends as a wee laddie.

The days were too awesome to notice anything other than what we did.
Biker Mice From Mars, TMNT, Dragonball Z, running through farmer's fields having sword fights with metal poles, biking around the old local quarry site, Megadrive, all the fun stuff.

Before chicks started growing boobs, what the hell did they do?

I grew up with brothers and no sisters so, I mainly had sword fights, played with dinosaurs and power rangers and all that good stuff. I did have barbies and other things but, I liked playing with the boys better.

They spent all their lunch money on Hot Cheetos and Mexican candy. At least here they did.

this girl i in kindergarten that i "went out with" (it was quite funny in retrospect, i bet my parents had a kick outta it too) had a lot of barbie stuff, but mainly she liked playing mario (well she would be peach, id be luigi) on snes, we would play the pokemon tcg game, and then we took pokemon (and dragonball-z) to a whole new level and I would pretend to be vegeta who had pokeballs and she would alternate between being my pokemon and being bulma... (it was hilarious, we would get in the bed and just hug each other, cuz thats what we thought vegeta and bulma did to make trunks.. lol) (this was '98 fyi)

so i guess they were into

'90's had good metal starting. But that was mostly in Europe and random thrash scenes.

I can't remember what I did with my cousins back in the 90s. I can't remember what I did with any girls/women back in the 90s, and that's terrible because I was raised almost completely by women (I didn't like being around the men as most of them are dicks). For sure I remember playing with Barbie dolls and house and dress up and all those games, but I'm blank on everything that happened in the later years of the 90s. I think that's when I had my first close male friends.
