Its summer and I need to get out of the gym and start running outside. So I need to make a playlist of just something to run to.

Suggest me some running songs.

I opened my eyes and found my mother standing next to me with my sheets in one hand and the other hand over her eyes. She said, "Why are you naked!" and i quickly tried to come up with an answer, but all i could get out was, "Feels good man."

I once got shocked by a spider amp.

I got powers like spiderman did, except I model everyone else's powers poorly.

For my school cross country I used NOFX's Greatest Hits album and Rise Against's Siren Songs of the Counter Culture.

Just find the fastest, most aggressive music you can. Hardcore, metal, and punk are all good genres. Blues and acoustic are not.

EDIT: How the fuck did I forget dance music? Definitely use dance music!
I play by my own rules. And I have one rule; There are no rules... but if there are, they're there to be broken. Even this one.

Confused? Good.

I think Lights Out by MSI would be a good active song. Lots of energy. Social Suicide by Bad Religion would be good. Anything fast would be good, like most good punk or speed/thrash metal.

All Hope Is Gone - Slipknot

You'll go twice as fast

But on a more serious note, i find listening to Iron Maiden while running is really good, standard and consistant tempo, etc
