I played one and the neck on it was among the fattest I have ever played.....absolutely horrible. It is like twice the size as a Gibson.

Some dont like the skinney ibanez necks. Just simple preference. Dont know if they offer the choice of profiles on the SG like the LP. Being a lefty I only had 1 choice with a epi LP standard the 60s slim taper. Never played a 50s style.

There isn't such an option on any Epiphone guitar. They all have a slim neck.
