I was at the mall today and me and my friend went into Abercrombie and Fitch (omg poser conformist!). I never go in there, but he wanted to go, and when we walked in Never Gonna Give You Up started playing on the speakers. I got rick roll'd by abercrombie and fitch, but I didn't tell my friend why I was suprised because then I would have to tell him about my hidden life (or lack of) on UG. Anyone have experiences like this?

There was a thread a while back about how someone rick roll'd someone in his music class. He made a CD and put it in the CD player before class started and there was 10 minutes of nothing then the song came on.

Memes IRL pisses me off, or on the internet for that matter.

I attempted to rick roll people at school the other day. Printed the lyrics and left them in the printer. Don't know if they got read by anyone.

My old band teacher was a 4chan user, so we used to always talk about internet memes. One time i disagreed about something, and I said "so... I hear you like Mudkips?"
It was a mysterious thing to everyone else.

Boyfriend: Tell him to do a barrel roll!

The only time I've ever violated the golden rule of keeping the internet on the internet is during the last super bowl. I just lost myself in the moment and for some reason screamed the most forced, horrible meme created in a long time...

My friends call me the internet because I know a few memes. One of my friends learns a few and feels he needs to spurt them out every 5 seconds. He's obsessed with caturday. T__T

Me and one 4chan savvy friend talk about memes and phailing. Often when something goes wrong saying "phail".

Maybe you were referring to that.

I used to get Rick Roll'd every day at work. It's not as uncommon a song here in the UK, and most supermarkets will play it daily anyway as part of their 'classics' hour on the instore radio.

Some of my friends who don't go on UG (and aren't /b/tards either) know about RickRolling. What's so difficult to explain about it?
I play by my own rules. And I have one rule; There are no rules... but if there are, they're there to be broken. Even this one.

Confused? Good.
