im planing to buy this guitar but not sure if solos would sound good on jumbo gat... can any1 help me on this?? im beginer - intermidate player n mostly play bluesy rocky stuff. i also solo a lot but not sure if this gat would suit the soloing part. help!!

I'd sooner get something with a solid spruce top. You'll get better volume and projection out of it. While the EJ200 has size on its side, it's not solid wood (not even the top), so you're really giving up a lot of tone. If you want to do soloing, look for at least a solid top on around a dread body, but steer clear of laminate tops, regardless of size.

Friend has one. It's bass projection is god awful. My small bodied guitar literally projects double the bass, tone and noise.
