1 cup of icing sugar
1 cup of Cocoa
small amounts of Hot water until is all mixed together
put in fridge
about 10 minutes later you have chocolate

i pretty much flat outta money so cant buy any and want to try and make something new...

All i know if it goes in the fridge I end up eating it.

There is a recipe somewhere, but it is being hidden by Cadbury(sp?) and nestles.

tip alot o golden syrup into a pan and then add a couple of teaspoons of cocoa and then some water depending how hot. then just stirr and heat it up and then tip it over ice-cream and its really nice....

It depends. Normal chocolate contains up to 50% (!!!) sugar. So if the cocoa he has is the pure, bitter kind, he'll need quite a lot of it. If it's the sweet stuff that you just put in the milk without adding sugar, you'll need less/no sugar.
